Job Description
- Location: Webster NY 14580
- Shift: 10hr Day
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1920 $2120
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care at our outpatient dialysis center in Webster NY. The ideal candidate will have prior dialysis experience and demonstrate flexibility compassion and strong clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe effective dialysis treatments in accordance with facility policies procedures and regulations.
- Assess plan and evaluate patient care needs and provide education to patients and families about dialysis procedures and selfcare.
- Monitor patients responses to treatment and promptly address complications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nephrologists technicians and dietitians to support positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
- Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings.
- Float to nearby dialysis locations when required to support staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in New York State (or compact license with NY eligibility).
- Minimum 1 year of dialysis RN experience (required).
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Strong communication organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within the stated hours.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50mile radius qualify for travel pay.
