Joining Saber in 2018 Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 180- bed skilled nursing rehabilitation and long-term care facility conveniently located near U.S. Route 29 in Charlottesville Virginia. Our patients enjoy engaging activities such as live musical performances visits with therapy dogs arts and crafts worship services bible study and bingo. Monroe Health and Rehabilitation is close to restaurants shopping and other Charlottesville amenities.
At Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center we offer our patients Home Dialysis on-site so that they are able to receive their dialysis right in the comfort of our facility through Dialyze Direct. We re proud to offer this on-site to continue to help patients make their appointments and maintain their social interaction with our devoted team members.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

- 2 years or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
- Copy of Current Valid Driver License - Required
- Geriatric patient experience - Required
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - REQUIRED
- CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
- Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
