Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager for the Banca channel is responsible for driving sales and managing the team focusing on building and enhancing the bancassurance business with Life Insurance. This role requires leadership skills strong relationship management and the ability to execute sales strategies with partner banks to achieve revenue growth and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership: Lead motivate and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales personnel who work directly with the banking partners. Set clear targets monitor performance and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds sales objectives. Provide guidance training and support to team members to enhance product knowledge sales skills and performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members. Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Life Insurances footprint within the bancassurance channel. Collaborate with bank relationship managers to identify opportunities promote life insurance products and drive crossselling initiatives. Ensure the team aligns with company goals and maintains high levels of engagement with banking partners to maximize sales potential. Bancassurance Partner Relationship: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at bank partners. Collaborate with bank sales teams to ensure seamless integration of life insurance offerings into their sales processes. Handle escalations and resolve any issues promptly to maintain strong partner relationships. Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee lead generation qualification and closing of sales through the banca channel. Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure smooth processing and timely closure of deals. Use CRM systems to track sales progress generate reports and analyze trends to refine strategies. Product Training & Support: Provide regular product and process training to the team to ensure they have a deep understanding of Lifes offerings. Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to effectively communicate features and benefits to bank staff and customers. Customer Relationship & Retention: Build strong relationships with bank customers to enhance product retention and increase crossselling opportunities. Implement strategies to engage existing customers and generate referrals or new leads from their networks. Ensure a smooth claims and policy service process by working closely with customer service teams. Market Insights & Strategy Feedback: Gather feedback from banking partners customers and the sales team to stay informed about market trends competitor activity and customer needs. Regularly report to senior management on team performance market conditions and sales pipeline health. Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on market dynamics and team performance data. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Monitor and ensure that team members follow processes and quality standards to maintain high service levels.
