Job Description
Assist other vital statistical staff in maintaining accurate statistical data on all tribal members and families. Communication with the tribal membership to ensure all documents in the progeny system are current (voting district mailing address enrollment information is current on members) Ensuring coverage in reception as support for telephone id preparation information gathered and distributed on request for tribal members. Assist Tribal Members with Funeral Benefit/Grantcoordinating w/Probate to ensure if will in place to coordinate and plan with families as needed.
Requirements
General knowledge of Warm springs customs traditions people and families trees/history. Knowledge of tribal governmental and state policies relating to tribal membership enrollment elections and member benefits Knowledge of Tribal Constitution and Bylaws tribal charter ordinances resolutions Oregon state registrar laws notary public laws. Excellent communication skills; oral written and listening. Personal computer skills required: Excel word and willing to learn Progeny software.
