A wellestablished and communityfocused financial institution is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Senior Commercial Credit Analyst to join its credit team. This role is ideal for candidates with 3 5 years of commercial credit experience who have a strong foundation in underwriting complex commercial and leveraged loans analyzing financial risk and working within regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate is analytical communicative and comfortable leading reviews of highvalue commercial credit transactions.
What you will be doing:

Underwriting complex commercial loans including leveraged loans credit cards lines of credit and mortgages
-
Managing the leveraged loan portfolio and leading the review process
-
Preparing and presenting detailed credit analyses and recommendations to approving authorities
-
Assisting in the development and review of credit policies and departmental procedures

Supporting the training of new staff and interns
-
Scheduling and assigning monthly renewals within the analyst team
-
Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to gather and evaluate financial information
-
Generating weekly monthly and quarterly reports for senior management

Helping resolve technical issues related to underwriting and departmental systems
Experience you will need:
-
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)

3 5 years of commercial credit experience including underwriting leveraged loans
-
Strong knowledge of credit policy banking regulations and financial risk analysis

Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and tax returns
-
Experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and Outlook

Excellent communication organizational and mentoring skills
-
Familiarity with underwriting software and departmental technologies
