Job Description
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager/Estimator you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for managing client relationships preparing accurate estimates and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for roofing inspections and related services.
- Collaborate with the inspection team to gather information necessary for accurate pricing.
- Conduct followups and negotiations with clients to secure contracts and foster longterm partnerships.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure ontime delivery and costeffectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitors and best practices to enhance service offerings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management estimating or a related field within AU construction or roofing industry is an advantage.
- Hands on experience on Pipedrive CRM is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with estimating software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- A proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
Additional Job Details:
- Setup and Location: WFH or Onsite
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM4:30 PM (AEST QLD) 6:00 AM3:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
