About the role
As a Technical Support Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our merchants. Working in our modern contact center in Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our payment processing solutions.
What youll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues related to payment processing
Guiding customers through the setup and configuration of our payment gateway and merchant services
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
Identifying opportunities to improve our products and services based on customer feedback
Consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
What were looking for
A passionate customerfocused individual looking to make an impact in the Financial Technology / Payments industry for a business that is experiencing rapid growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
1 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role preferably in the payments or financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) and ticketing systems
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Familiarity with payment processing terminology technologies and industry regulations or a keen interest in learning
Strong attention to detail
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
Good time management skills and ability to manage priorities and workload
A positive attitude and receptiveness to feedback
A desire to build strong internal working relationships and exceed customer expectations
