You ll leverage market intelligence to shortlist developments negotiate preferential launchphase terms with developers and landlords and coordinate finance solutions ensuring a seamless whiteglove experience from introduction to settlement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead facetoface and Zoom consultations to define each member s commercial investment objectives and risk parameters
Research model and present offtheplan and newly completed commercial developments (office retail industrial mixeduse) using caprate rental yield and occupancy forecasts
Collaborate with our investment lending specialists to structure tailored finance and debt solutions aligned with asset cash flows
Own and advance a pipeline of qualified commercial leads guiding members through contract negotiation exchange and settlement
Provide ongoing market updates feasibility analysis and postsettlement asset management guidance
Demonstrated success as a Buyers Agent Commercial Broker or in offtheplan commercial sales
Deep understanding of commercial valuation metrics (caprates yield IRR) and lease structures
Exceptional negotiation prowess with a proven track record securing launchphase incentives
Highly proficient with CRM platforms and financial modelling tools
