We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Akron OH. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers helping resolve inquiries and providing support that reflects our commitment to quality service. The ideal candidate will be organized solutionfocused and ready to grow within a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and providing appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Support other departments by relaying feedback or requests from customers
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Provide general administrative assistance to the customer service team as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving ability and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
