We provide a comprehensive range of senior care services ensuring quality nursing home and aged care options for older people in the Geelong region.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Manager (Div 1 / Grade 5 to join our team at The Belmont for a maternity cover role. In this handson leadership position you will work closely alongside a highperforming team to deliver quality personcentered care to residents and their loved ones.
What youll be doing
- Provide comprehensive nursing with an individualized personcentered approach
- Manage medication and wound care
- Collaborate on recommendation plans and support strategies
- Contribute to continuous clinical improvement to delivery excellence in care
- Support residents families and visitors in a highly professional manner
- Ensure assessments care plans and reviews are undertaken appropriately on time and well documented
- Assist with clinical education and competency of staff
- Promote and foster a positive collaborative and diverse culture
Hours of Work
- Onsite
- Monday to Friday
- 0(or variation depending on operational needs)
Things that matter to us
- Two years experience in a clinical leadership role
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Uptodate COVID19 vaccinations 3 doses)
- 2025 Flu vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
