The Sales Onboarding Coordinator is at the heart of ensuring all new hires are successfully onboarded at Softchoice.
As Softchoice s Sales Onboarding Coordinator you will support the team that onboards all new sellers in the organization. You will directly assist the Sales Development team Learning Advisors and Sales Coaches with the required organization communication and processes that drive the 4week training program. Key Responsibilities:
Training Schedule & Logistics Management:
Oversee schedule and manage the training schedule for sales onboarding classes (approx. 200 people/year). Work closely with our Learning Advisor and Sales Coaches and interact with internal subject matter experts to ensure a smooth training experience.
New Hire PreOnboarding:
Act as the frontline representative communicating with new hires and answering questions before they start. Collaborate with our IT teams to ensure equipment is shipped out for new hires first days and manage tracking logistics while staying in close communication with new hires 15 new hires at a time).
Reporting and Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
Manage LMS learning assignments for new hires ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of training activities. Track and send out timely surveys to their leaders postacademy ensuring a 100 response rate.
Communication and Brand:
Act as the frontline representative for Sales Onboarding. Provide weekly overarching communications and work with our operations teams to ensure sales associates and leaders provide what is needed when they need it.
Program Management:
Coordinate and manage various training programs and initiatives ensuring timely and alignment with organizational goals.

You are the frontline representative welcoming our new hires to the organization and ensuring our program is clearly communicated to stakeholders and executed smoothly. You are a master of first impressions. Additionally you will communicate with all Sales Onboarding stakeholders both in and outside of the classroom.

Requirements
- Participating in training project work booking coordinating and communicating to attendees
- Learning plan support and mapping out and loading learning plans to LMS and other tools
- Working in SharePoint loading and monitoring content within SharePoint
- Vetting training content content such as job aids PowerPoint documents handouts etc.
- Creating content in the LMS learning plans courses quizzes
- Producing metrics and reports pulling user reports
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets tracking content development and vetting process
- Administrative support in maintaining training employee data and programs aligning learners to teams aligning training to role/tenure
