You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTo lead coordinate and follow up on all integration and hook-up activities related to the Ruya Project. This role ensures safe efficient and compliant execution of site works in line with Permit to Work (PTW) SIMOPS and HSE requirements.
Ensure all work activities are properly coordinated and executed according to plan.
Serve as the focal point for all PTWs issued on-site by the Company.
Identify and escalate conflicting permits to the Offshore CSR.
Notify the SIMOPS Coordinator of any potential SIMOPS-related issues.
Verify that PTWs are compliant with all HSE requirements and properly originated/submitted.
Conduct quality checks on all permits attachments and certificates before issuance.
Participate in daily PTW coordination meetings and perform permit audits.
Monitor timely submission and closure of PTWs as per procedures.
Provide training on E-COW to new personnel.
Maintain coordination between the project completion team and related projects for knowledge transfer.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
Provide KPIs and related PTW data for reporting to the Offshore Company Site Representative.
Track and report contractor and subcontractor progress and PTW-related compliance.
Contribute to project Lessons Learned exercises.
Liaise with contractors and subcontractors on all PTW matters.
Support the enforcement of safe work practices and procedures across all interfaces.
Foster positive working relationships with site personnel and interdepartmental teams.
Review brownfield fabrication works performed onshore and develop associated Work Packs and Job Cards.
Coordinate the constructability review of brownfield scopes to reduce offshore execution risks.
Review shutdown preparation trackers and plan site activities to ensure safe and efficient offshore execution.
Education: Bachelors Degree / HND or equivalent in an engineering or relevant technical field.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the offshore oil & gas industry.
Proven experience in offshore construction hook-up and SIMOPS under brownfield conditions.
Prior experience in Permit to Work Coordination / Control of Work is essential.
Client-side EPC supervision experience is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of industry best practices and international codes/standards.
Familiarity with TotalEnergies general specifications MANASA system.
Other Requirements:
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Proficient in standard computer applications.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and complex project environment.
Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East preferred.
Certifications: H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET mandatory.
Willingness to travel for technical missions globally.
