We are seeking a commercially driven and locally connected Business Development Manager to drive partnerships and growth across Latin America. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the P2P Earn and broader fintech sectors.
Identify and onboard key partners: market makers P2P merchants and PSPs.
Cultivate relationships with financial institutions (banks EMIs regulators).
Lead negotiations for local P2P and Earn product integrations.
Develop strategies to enhance P2P liquidity and user engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless partner onboarding.
5 years in business development within fintech crypto or digital payments.
Proven success with financial institutions and regulatory bodies in LATAM.
Experience in growing P2P platforms and onboarding regional partners.
Fluent in Spanish (native) English (C1; Portuguese is a plus.
Willingness to travel for facetoface negotiations.
Familiarity with CEXs DEXs and DeFi business models.
Experience with API integrations and payment infrastructures.
Strong understanding of KYC/AML compliance and local regulations.
