As the first point of contact for dentsu employees internal and external clients and visitors you will facilitate an engaging and exceptional workplace experience. Your role involves providing firstclass customer service and general administrative support.

About You:

  • Passionate about delivering high standards of customer service.

  • Experienced in reception duties including managing calls arranging meetings and facilities management.

  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment with the ability to selfmanage and problemsolve.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively with a diverse range of people.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills engaging and able to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Indepth understanding of general business needs and service delivery.

  • Excited and passionate about the marketing agency world.

Experience criteria:

  • 12 years experience in hospitality customer service or related field

  • Previous experience in a reception/admin support role in a similar environment.

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support services.

  • Demonstrated experience managing internal and external stakeholders.

What youll do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all visitors and colleagues with a smile that could brighten even the dreariest Melbourne day setting the tone for a positive experience.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all queries delivering toptier customer service with warmth and efficiency.

  • Manage and prioritise all incoming calls emails and mail ensuring smooth communication flow.

  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment in collaboration with the Workplace Site Manager.

  • Issue and track access passes for staff contractors and visitors upholding security protocols.

  • Handle travel enquiries from setting up new profiles to assisting with booking adjustments.

  • Proactively manage meeting room bookings working closely with the Executive Team to create seamless experiences for clients and guests.

  • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time ensuring vendors are paid and reporting deadlines are met.

  • Take initiative and confidently manage frontofhouse operations independently when required.

  • A natural communicator with a flair for resolving guest concerns ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.
