The Job

Responsible for OnSite recruitment by attending Job Fairs Local Recruitment Activities and Company Events.
Source and screen candidates from the event
Sourcing Activity Flyering PESO Visit and POS Visit for referrals)
Willingness to travel frequently to different locations.
Conduct Facetoface initial interviews and Endorse to Hiring Managers
Develop and execute a recruiting plan for open positions
Assist with the plan and implementation to centralize field recruiting
Provide Candidates with benefits overview and discuss the next step process.

The Ideal Candidate

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management Psychology or equivalent
Required language (s): English Filipino Local dialect
At least 6 months of working experience in mass hiring preferably in Field recruitment
PESO Job Fairs and Field Recruitment Experience Required
Required Skill (s): Recruitment Sourcing
Can start ASAP
Ability to travel within the region
