TASQ is looking for a call center operations supervisor for a position in Cebu. The initial screening interview will be conducted via phone so please ensure your phone line is available.
**Job Overview: Operations Supervisor (Cebu)**
**Shift:** Shifting schedule (primarily night shifts)
**Work Setup:** Onsite (Cebu)
**Qualifications:**
12 years of experience in customer service.
Experience in general customer service encompassing postsale technical and nontechnical support for both business and consumer clients.
Remote customer service experience assisting customers through phone online chat or text.
Call center support experience handling a high volume of low complexity inquiries.
Analysis and resolution of customer issues typically in an office setting dealing with a lower volume of more complex inquiries.
Experience in distribution center customer service including handling product returns or providing support in a field service facility.
Act as a liaison between customers and the production and distribution departments regarding specific customer orders.
Provide both technical and nontechnical support in a walkin service center.
Positions in this category are not compensated based on sales performance.
Individuals in this role must have a thorough understanding of the specific discipline or broader area relevant to their responsibilities and they carry out specialized projects and tasks typically following established guidelines.
