Job Description
Industry: Banking
Our client a commercial bank is seeking an IT Governance to enhance security policies monitor security controls and promote a compliance culture across the organization. Strong IT security governance experience and communication skills are required.
Main Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and enhancing security policies and standards.

Create plans to review and monitor the results of security controls.
-
Ensure proper implementation and management of security controls procedures.
-
Report and escalate issues based on the principles and rules of policies and standards.

Continuously improve review and monitoring processes.
-
Handle tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
-
Build strong collaborative relationships with Phillip Banks specialists and other stakeholders supporting your duties.

Promote cybersecurity awareness at all levels of management and employees fostering a culture of compliance with IT security policies industry standards and regulations.

Perform other related tasks as required by management.
Main Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.

3 years of experience in security system/network administration or development.

Strong knowledge of IT security concepts.
-
Experience in security governance.
-
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong verbal and written English communication skills for presenting to senior management.
