Job Description
Coomera Lodge Hotel is growing! Were excited to introduce our brandnew 26room accommodation sector and were looking for an Accommodation Manager to take the lead.
Were a vibrant dynamic venue known for exceptional service modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Our goal is to offer guests a memorable highquality stay. To make that happen we need an experienced handson Accommodation Manager to drive our newly renovated hotel to success.
As the Accommodation Manager you will report directly to the Venue Manager and oversee the daily operations of our accommodation facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive topnotch service from checkin to checkout.

Essential requirements:
- 2 years of Management experience in an accommodationbased venue
- Experience working with Room Management Systems
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily weekly and monthly basis
- Ability to generate revenuebuilding ideas throughout all aspects of the business
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods including late nights and weekends
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
