Job Description
Overview: Responsible for delivering training and education material to the public and to support specific needs of brokers issuers and investors as requested by Listings and P&MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver education and training material to the general public
- Create tailored training materials for brokers issuers and investors on the audience
- Produce various tailored approaches to delivering training based in the audience
- Implement effective marketing and outreach material for training in close conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Department
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Department to create general awareness in the market of activities from a thought leadership perspective
- Partner with universities to create opportunities for senior management to speak to students in order to develop the companys presence as a leader in the financial market
- Evaluate and appropriately tailor courses based on participant and expert feedback.
- Promote and deliver Financial Literacy Programs with Universities and high school students.
- Leading the Website Content Committee.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or relevant field
- Certified Trainer qualifications
- Over 5 years of related training /teaching experience within financial institutions
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
