As a Junior Developer for Back Office you will:
- Develop and maintain the proprietary Financial Management System Human Resource Management System and the peripheral subsystems Deliver and enhance management reports Automate workflows (such as invoicing claiming staff benefits tracking) and integrate with existing systems to minimize human errors
- Optimize user experience on applications
- Provide responsive support during peak periods such as monthly reporting annual firms financial reporting and staff compensation auditing Collaborate with senior teammates to investigate the latest technologies and industry bestpractices. When appropriate design together the required change and integrate them to expand our systems capability lower latency and improve performance
