Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationship with other teams in technology business and various corporate functions including second line Risk team to drive improvement on technology risk governance processes and remediation programs
- Regulating group and business entity levels technology risks policies and standards
- Identify and manage cybersecurity privacy thirdparty and reputational risks
- Advice on regulations technology related policies and best practices
- Manage/supervise other tech risk team members
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in technology risk management or other relevant roles in financial institutions
- Experience in risk assessment methodologies internal controls and industry technology risk management frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 27001
- Knowledge of regulatory landscape and technology related regulations in HK/SG/JP and other Asia markets
- CISA CISSP CISM CRISC would be a plus
- Cryptocurrency and blockchain background is a plus
- Good communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
