Job Description
Clariness is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in London Berlin or Hamburg.
- Full-time; unlimited -
Tasks
As a Senior Project Manager you would be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing international patient recruitment projects across 30 countries ensuring quality adherence to scope and timely delivery.
- Implementing effective operational processes and practices to improve performance manage resources and ensure compliance.
- Developing strategies for operational management and patient recruitment initiatives addressing risks and providing innovative solutions.
- Enhancing efficiency and profitability in providing registry services and clinical trial recruitments.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication.
- Managing and improving portfolio and project management processes. Ensuring all operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Requirements
We would like you to have:
- A completed degree in a relevant field such as Project Management Business Healthcare Public Health or Clinical Research (Bachelors or Masters level).
- Experience in project management preferably in healthcare clinical trials or related fields.
- Proven track record in developing business processes and operational management.
- Professional project management certification (Prince2 IPMA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both English (and preferable another language) is a must with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project).
- A strategic and agile mindset with strong problem-solving negotiation and intercultural competence.
