Our client a growing law firm with a thriving litigation practice is seeking a Junior to MidLevel Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. This is a partnershiptrack opportunity designed for attorneys who want immediate courtroom experience handson client interaction and a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment. In fact this firm wants you to become a partner and and have a rewarding practice for many years to come. Turnover is incredibly low at this firm attorneys and staff love working here.
About the Role:
Youll focus primarily on litigation and municipal law matters with exposure to a diverse range of cases including:
Tort and civil rights defense
Insurance defense
Products liability
Construction litigation
Commercial disputes
Personal injury and wrongful death claims
This role is ideal for attorneys who wants significant experience taking depositions and trying cases particularly those involving law enforcement issues.
You will get
Immediate Responsibility: Handle substantive work and client contact from day one.
Courtroom Experience: Take depositions argue motions and participate in trials early in your career.

Manageable Billables: Minimum billable requirement is only 1600 hourswith the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses for higher performance
