As Shared Lives Officer you will assess recruit train and support individuals and families to provide placements to meet the needs of service users and their carers.
You will look to work with approved Shared Lives Carers to ensure that placements are effectively supported monitored and managed.
To support Service Users to gain achieve and maximise opportunities through the provision of appropriately matched adult placements.
