Were hiring a Search Consultant to join our Permanent Placement Division specializing in Accounting & Finance searches. This is a fulldesk role for someone who thrives in both business development and candidate engagement and is passionate about placing toptier professionals in permanent roles where theyll thrive.

The Role:
- Client Development: Build and expand a client base by marketing our services to senior leaders HR teams and Clevel executives.
- Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop multichannel strategies to identify top candidates maintain talent pools and leverage job boards networking and internal databases.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Engage in sales activities such as cold calling email marketing and social media outreach to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients and candidates to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in agency recruiting and/or business development.
- Comfortable with coldcalling and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated disciplined and driven to succeed.
- Passionate about excelling in a competitive highperformance environment.
- Ability to work in our Orlando FL office (this is not a remote position).
