What Were Looking For: Operations Coordinator
This position will be accountable for managing the day to day operational requirements for our Wodonga Depot.
You Will:
- Confirm attendance of all drivers in accordance with designated roster
- Provide effective instruction to drivers to ensure operational outcomes are achieved
- Complete timesheets and maintain payroll data to capture operational activities of the day
- Address driver performance providing feedback coaching referral to training or counselling as required
- Submit uniform orders
About You:
- Experience within a similar supervisory role
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making ability
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Good administrative skills
