We are currently working with a global giant within the consumer space to recruit a Public Affairs Director in Saudi role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on building strong relationships and driving growth. The position involves regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders with a focus on sharing critical information influencing decisions and negotiating outcomes with parties that may have both aligned and differing interests. What Youll be Doing

• Supports public affairs government relations and sustainability initiatives with a primary focus on the KSA market while providing additional support across GCC markets.
• Identifies evaluates and manages risks and opportunities that could affect business performance or the companys reputation.
• Leads the companies advocacy and engagement strategy across certain markets in collaboration with Franchiseand country directors.
• Engages with key stakeholders and partners to enhance the companys impact and deliver business value.
• Analyzes and interprets complex policies and issues assessing their potential impact on the business and advising on necessary actions.
• Ensures crossfunctional collaboration and systemwide alignment to maximize the effectiveness of public affairs government relations and sustainability efforts optimizing the use of resources to achieve strategic goals.
• Engages and builds coalitions with government and nongovernment stakeholders in KSA fostering relationships to advocate for policies that align with business objectives and address key challenges.
• Works closely with Public Policy Sustainability and Strategic Communication teams to ensure effective advocacy and alignment on core priorities.
• Leads the implementation of Public Affairs and Sustainability strategies across KSA and GCC markets ensuring key initiatives are delivered and aligned with business goals.

Who You Are

• 10 years of experience in seniorlevel public affairs government relations stakeholder management and sustainability roles.
• Strong understanding of the political and policy landscape across the Middle East region and the ability to navigate it effectively.
• Proven track record of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business and policy objectives.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience in customer/partnership management with a focus on building longterm valuedriven relationships.
• Skilled in developing partnerships and coalitions with the ability to influence stakeholders and create shared value for all parties involved.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
