The role
- Full Time Continuing
- Level 8 $110629 to $125223 p.a. (plus 17 superannuation)
- AlburyWodonga or Wagga Wagga
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving research excellence We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to oversee the business operations of our Institute. This pivotal role involves providing highlevel policy and operational advice to support our research priorities and objectives.
We offer a collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business management preferably within a research or academic setting strong financial acumen excellent leadership and team management skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across the University.

- Proven experience in business management preferably within a research or academic setting
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experienced in strategic planning and policy development
