Job Description
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping the future We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. In this rewarding role you will have the opportunity to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children ages 05 and afterschool care for Kindergarten 4th grade. Your expertise in early childhood education will allow you to support our mission of fostering a love for learning in every child. You will play a key role in developing and implementing an ageappropriate curriculum that promotes cognitive social emotional and physical development. As an Early Childhood Educator you will inspire curiosity and creativity through interactive playbased learning guiding children as they explore the world around them. Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and monitor children and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Assist with feeding diaper changes and other personal care needs.
- Plan and implement ageappropriate activities games and educational experiences to promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues keep them informed about childrens progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized environment that is conducive to learning and playing.
- Watch for signs of emotional or developmental concerns and report them to parents or supervisors.
- Maintain records of childrens attendance progress and any relevant information.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with babysitting or childcare preschool or related field.
- Familiar with early childhood education programs.
- Ability to work with children of varying age groups and developmental stages.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Background check required upon offer of employment
