As a Product Associate in Healthcare Paymentsyou are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the endtoend product life cycle. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure toptier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products that exceed customer expectations. We are looking for a Product Associate to support our Receivables Product group.
Job responsibilities
- Manage discovery analysis and scheduling of change requests originating from Operations Client Solutioning Product and Development
- Owns maintains and develops a product backlog of feature/change requests
- Tracks the products key success metrics for areas assigned
- Manages day to day sessions with development to review current and future sprint items
- Leads change management maintenance and of changes assigned
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organization
- Experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows
