Bright Smiles Family Dentistry is looking for a Dental Assistantin Marble Falls Texas to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a teambased environment.

Position Overview:
As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. Responsibilities

  • Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms sterilize instruments and assist dentists during procedures.
  • Patient Care: Welcome comfort and educate patients on oral hygiene and posttreatment care.
  • Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop Xrays assist with impressions and maintain study models.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols maintain patient confidentiality and follow workplace regulations..
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)
  • Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification emergency drug and oxygen supply and emergency telephone directory.

Qualifications

  • Completion of Registered Dental Assistant Required
  • 1 year onthejobexperience (with supporting documentation)
  • XRay certification
  • Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA HIPAA CPR and infection control training as required by law.
