Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Global Digital Marketing Manager this position will work on various digital marketing projects across multiple brands including websites landing pages email and social media. In addition the Digital Marketing Specialist will also interact with international subsidiaries to ensure that we meet their translation and localization needs.
The Digital Marketing Specialist must enjoy learning and using various online marketing tools including content management systems Google Analytics Google Ads social media management and search engine optimization platforms. This is a nonsupervisory position.
Responsibilities:
Implement Global Digital Marketing Strategy:
Execute the global digital marketing strategy across all relevant channels to build brand awareness and elevate the customer experience.
Demonstrate ownership of digital projects from concept to completion including adding or enhancing website pages sections programs etc.
Coordinate manage and maintain translated content and approval processes across multiple international brand websites
Work with international team to localize websites and campaigns as needed
Collaborate with internal web developers and creative and brand team members to continue progress for website additions campaign development and optimization
Track report and analyze digital marketing initiatives across multiple sites for sessions page views engagement acquisition bounce rate etc. Make recommendations based on findings
Lead of global social media initiatives by maintaining the content calendar seeking approval from stakeholders and publishing to global brand Facebook and Instagram accounts
Audit multiple brand sites for quality of accuracy style and consistency. Update as needed or assign updates to the Content Coordinator
Maintain brand integrity by being a champion for brand standards in all customerfacing online communications
Identify digital trends and opportunities for implementation within the business

Education:
4year degree in business marketing or related field required
Experience:
Minimum of three 3 to five 5 years of demonstrated success in facilitating online marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM email social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Proficient in the use of Content Management Systems (CMS) Google Analytics and social publishing software
Other Requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite required
Occasional domestic travel may be required
