Home Clean Heroes of Greater Charlotte is a professional purposedriven residential cleaning company. We provide exceptional service to our customers and a portion of every service fee supports local First Responders. We are looking for a motivated and organized General Manager to lead our growing team and daily operations.
The General Manager will oversee all daily business operations manage a team of cleaning specialists drive customer satisfaction and ensure efficient scheduling inventory and performance. This leadership role is handson and ideal for someone passionate about team management operational excellence and community engagement.
- Hire train and manage cleaning staff
- Plan service routes and optimize scheduling daily
- Manage customer work orders invoicing and payment processing via business software
- Conduct inhome estimates and drive customer acquisition
- Maintain product inventory and ensure supply levels
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and service adjustments
- Monitor financial performance budget adherence and KPIs
- Represent the company at community events and marketing activities
- Uphold company policies and create a positive efficient work environment.
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and problemsolving skills
- Sales experience and a customer service mindset
- Proficient in MS Office Google Suite and scheduling/CRM software
- Budget management experience preferred
- Routebased service business experience a plus
- Job Type: FullTime Salaried
- Location: Onsite (Charlotte NC)
- Work Schedule: MondayFriday (occasional afterhours events)
