Project: Paid Ads Manager
Work Hours: full-time around 40 hours per week with some flexibility in the exact weekly hours as needed.
Type: Full-Time remote
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred but open to global candidates)
Compensation: $1500 $2500 USD/month
About the Role:
We are seeking for a full-time Paid Ads Manager to take ownership of our multi-platform ad strategy and performance. You will lead the development execution and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns across Google Meta and other relevant platforms driving acquisition and measurable ROI.
What You ll Do:
Own the full campaign lifecycle: strategy setup optimization and reporting
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Display) Meta and other platforms
Implement and optimize conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4
Run structured A/B tests to improve performance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative landing pages and reporting
Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Report on key KPIs and make budget recommendations based on performance
What We re Looking For:
Proven experience managing high-performance paid campaigns (3 years preferred)
Deep knowledge of Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Ads and other major platforms
Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup and troubleshooting
Strong analytical skills; able to work with reporting dashboards (e.g. Looker GA etc.)
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with autonomy
