Job Title: HR/Accounts Assistant
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented HR/Accounts Assistant to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for assisting with various HR and accounting tasks to support the department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Process payroll and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks including invoicing and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Provide administrative support to the HR and accounting teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Accounting or related field.
13 years of experience in a similar role preferably in an IT department.
Strong knowledge of HR and accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Accounting software Tally
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
