The Position:

As a Business Development and Customer Success Associate you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers. Your role is to support enrollment growth deliver exceptional service/experience and represent British Swim Schools values with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls respond to emails and online chats
- Manage customer inquiries complaints and class adjustments. Prioritize as needed
- Process enrollments payments and schedule changes
- Make outbound calls to selfgenerated and acquired leads
- Maintain accurate call records by documenting all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Business Development working with community partners (daycares preschools etc.
- Represent British Swim School during local outreach and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Track and report lead followups and enrollment conversions
- Attend staff meetings and stay informed about local promotions and events
- Creating and maintaining Swim Instructors schedule on a weekly basis
Skills and Abilities:
- Positive enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales abilities
- Comfortable with multitasking and technology (phone systems CRM etc.
- Reliable organized and committed to following procedures
- Completion of required training (CRM online training modules etc.
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service/Success or Sales experience 1 year (preferred)
Job Type: Parttime (Day shift)
Pay: $17.00 $21.00 per hour
Expected hours of work: 20 25 per week. Five days a week including weekends
Hybrid Work: Onsite during weekdays and remote during weekends.
Ability to commute to work location: NW Portland OR 97229
