As a Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for attracting engaging and hiring toptier talent across technical and nontechnical roles. Youll use innovative sourcing techniques recruitment strategies and automation tools to create a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
FullCycle Recruitment Manage the endtoend hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation across both technical and nontechnical roles.
Talent Strategy & Sourcing Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates.
Candidate Experience Ensure a seamless hightouch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinexs reputation in the global talent market.
Innovative Recruitment Practices Continuously explore new tools sourcing methods and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives.
DataDriven Decision Making Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.
5 years of experience in fullcycle recruitment covering both Technical Roles (Engineering & Development) and NonTechnical (Including Compliance Risk & Regulatory Affairs).
Global recruitment experience with the ability to source attract and engage talent across multiple geographies and industries.
Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools automation platforms ATS systems and passive candidate engagement strategies.
A wellestablished network of industry connections with the ability to tap into hidden talent pools.
Experience in fastpaced highgrowth environments with a track record of scaling teams efficiently.
A datadriven mindset using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.
Based in the CET (Central European Time) region or willing to work within CET and LATAM time zones.
