Job Description
As our Content Production Specialist you ll be at the heart of our content engine crafting compelling video content that educates and inspires entrepreneurs. You ll manage our endtoend production workflow for live shows featuring successful founders military veterans and startup education content. This role offers unique exposure to thought leaders in the startup ecosystem while allowing you to shape the growth of an emerging education platform. As we scale our content production from weekly to triweekly broadcasts you ll have the opportunity to grow with us and make a significant impact in the startup community.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate endtoend video content production workflow from preproduction to publication
- Coordinate with highprofile guests including founders and veterans for live video interviews
- Transform raw footage into polished content using Descript s advanced editing features
- Design eyecatching visual assets and graphics using Canva
- Manage content distribution across multiple social media channels
- Curate and schedule content for our premium newsletter platform
- Develop and maintain efficient production processes as we scale
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent content quality and branding
Requirements
- Proven experience with Descript video editing software
- Proficiency in Canva design platform
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailoriented mindset with ability to maintain high quality under deadlines
- Experience with content calendar management
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team alignment
