Be part of our client s team as a Service Coordinator (Scheduling & Claims Support) where your keen eye for detail and strong communication skills will shine. You ll coordinate service bookings assist with claims processing and confidently navigate schedules using Google Maps all while thriving in a dynamic fastpaced environment with evolving responsibilities.

Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 06:00 AM 03:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Salary: PHP 30000 to PHP 35000
Work setup: Permanent Work From Home
Your Daily Tasks
Primary Responsibilities (Initial 2 3 months Peak Season):
- Calling tenants to book service appointments in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling service works in the internal system based on availability and urgency
- Collaborating with the Receptionist to manage a shared service schedule
- Updating client portals with booking confirmations and relevant details
- Ensuring accurate data entry and followthrough on all bookings
Secondary Responsibilities (Posttraining / As Needed):
- Providing backup support for claims processing
- Switching between claims handling and scheduling duties as required
- Assisting in workload management during colleague absences
- Maintaining documentation and following internal processes for claims handling
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling customer service or administrative support
- Familiarity with claims processing (an advantage but not required)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a small team
Minimum Requirements:
- Clear and professional phone manner; confident when speaking with tenants and customers
- Proficient in using Google Maps for location identification and schedule planning
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Techsavvy; able to learn and navigate internal systems and client portals
- Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities
- Willing and available to work the same hours as the current team 6 AM to 3 PM MNL; may shift during DST)
