We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director HRIS to lead the implementation integration and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in largescale HRIS projects business process optimization and technology integrations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the retail industry possess strong strategic planning abilities and excel in team and vendor management. You will play a crucial role in aligning HRIS initiatives with our business goals ensuring that our People technology supports and enhances our organizational capabilities as we scale our business.
What youll get to do:
- HRIS Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive People technology strategy that aligns with our business goals. Assess current systems and identify areas for enhancement ensuring they support our expanding workforce effectively. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HRIS initiatives are integrated with overall business objectives.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills including planning and monitoring. Oversee the endtoend project management of People technology selection implementations upgrades and integrations. Develop detailed project plans set timelines allocate resources and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Lead crossfunctional teams facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive project success.
- Technology Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and consultants negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met. Stay abreast of the latest People technology trends and innovations recommending new tools and systems that can enhance People & Culture team operations and employee experience.
- Training and Support: Develop and implement training programs for People & Culture staff and endusers to maximize the effective use of HRIS tools. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users ensuring a seamless experience with technology platforms.
- Collaboration and Change Management: Ability to influence and bring along various stakeholders and project team partners through a largescale project. Strategic vision communication and planning skills to set a vision and execute through others including external vendors as needed. Develop plan to address significant change (process tech behavioral etc. and how to manage through it with stakeholder / customer support trainings & tools resources and elevated communications.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Understanding of information security principles and best practices. The ability to work with information security teams to ensure data privacy and security. Ensure that HRIS and people operations practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Regularly review policies and procedures to mitigate risks associated with data privacy and security implementing best practices to protect sensitive employee information.
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- Bachelors degree with 12 years of progressive experience in HRIS and 7 years of HRIS people management experience.
- Possesses a proven track record of leading largescale HRIS implementations and integrations.
- Experience in the retail industry or fastpaced environments is highly preferred.
- Experience managing People Operations and executing People programs is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to develop and implement HRIS strategies that align with business goals. Experience in driving technology adoption and managing change.
- Team Building and Leadership: Experience scaling HRIS as a team / function including mentoring coaching and elevating the skills and knowledge of a growing team holding various levels of experience.
- People Technology Expertise: Extensive experience recommending and implementing People technology solutions particularly in fastgrowing environments. o Indepth knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday ADP SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or similar platforms. Familiarity with HRIS modules related to recruitment payroll performance management and employee self service is essential.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including string presentation and training skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with People & Culture Business Partners and crossfunctional teams (IT Security Finance Legal) and communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion with an emphasis on timelines and stakeholder communication.
- Influencing and Leadership Skills: Ability to influence key stakeholders and lead teams effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is $195000 per year $240000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
