Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to start a career in sales and learn from experienced professionals in a supportive environment. The Sales Assistant will work closely with our sales team to support daily operations client communication and business development activities.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
Help maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Support the preparation of proposals presentations and followup materials
Coordinate communication with prospective and existing clients
Conduct market research and gather data on competitors and client needs
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
