The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for attracting and selecting the best talent for services in the engineering consulting field.
In this role you will develop action plans based on an understanding of CIMAs business needs strategic orientations and local market trends while accompanying managers throughout the process and in their decisions. You will be recruiting for intermediate to senior roles in one or more sectors across Canada including Western Canada Ontario Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the recruiting process in collaboration with hiring managers while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Act as a change agent in a fastgrowing environment in line with CIMA values and organizational culture.
- Promote CIMAs brand image and attractiveness through various initiatives including networking activities.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments best practices and emerging trends in order to provide leadingedge expertise and create strategic partnerships with various organizations.
- Collaborate with the student experience team to develop strategic partnerships with colleges and universities.
- Participate in the development of action plans to attract and retain top talent develop various strategies that resonate with prospective candidates.
- Participate in the selection development and implementation of recruitment tools.
- Create sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters. Focus on cultivating candidate interest in career opportunities at CIMA building and structuring a robust candidate database through meticulous research.
- Participate in the development of HRs strategic role within the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Ability to influence the decisionmaking process.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written) are mandatory along with strong client engagement abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
