Job Description

Currently they are opening their new service center in Bulgaria and we are looking for a motivated and eagertolearn professional to join their team in the role of: Junior Account payable with English and German
Main Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing:
1. Process all invoices assigned within the required TurnAroundTime
2. Statement Reconciliations
3. Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices
4. Handle the Blocked resolutions
5. Processing all recodes received
6. Initiates follow up for the parked documents
Qualifications :
Our most successful candidates will have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent knowledge of German and English language level B2 or higher
- Multitasking skills showcased through the use of several applications;
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) experience required
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
