Job Description
Tropical Ford is an automotive dealer that has a full-time Accounts Payable position that needs to be filled.
The position includes the following main duties:
- Posts all vendor invoices daily.
- Balances vendor statements and prepares check runs for payment.
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Communicates cash requirements for payable dates to the office manager.
- Analyzes vendor accounts.
- Answers all vendor inquiries.
- Order office supplies.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Keeps payable schedules clean and up to date/Inquires about any discrepancies and handles accordingly.
- Assists with accounts receivable and special projects as necessary.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Requirements:
-Must pass a drug screen
-Must have a valid Florida Drivers License with clean record
-Must pass a criminal background check
