Our client is a leading bank who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Planning and Operations
Develop and implement action plans for daily operations product development and sales enablement.
Manage budgets propose resource allocation and define strategies for each phase.
Coordinate to improve operating models and workflows ensuring efficiency and effective handover.
Propose and participate in projects related to departmental operations ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Maintain highquality service operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Business Support and Coordination
Support business units in achieving goals by providing operational consulting and issue resolution.
Receive and address issues arising during transaction processes and daily operations.
Implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and ensure consistent service standards.
Compliance and Operational Risk Control
Develop control tools and identify risks or gaps in daily operations.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation accounting and reporting in compliance with regulations.
Monitor transactions to prevent fraud and unauthorized activities.
Contribute to refining policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and internal standards.
Provide data and documentation for audits inspections and regulatory reviews.
Human Resource Management
Attract retain and develop talent to build a cohesive and competent team.
Guide career development training and coaching for individual team members.
Evaluate performance and recommend staffing adjustments in line with organizational goals.
Foster team commitment to achieving shared goals and performance standards.
Graduated with a university degree in Economics Finance or Banking.
7 10 years of experience including at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
Indepth knowledge and experience in accounting payments international trade foreign exchange etc. Familiar with Vietnamese and international laws related to payments accounting and antimoney laundering.
Strong understanding of relevant banking products and services; knowledgeable about systems regulations and local/international market practices to provide technical advice.
English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills meeting the MOS standard as required.
