Job Description
We are hiring dynamic Sales Executives to work at event venues focusing on direct client engagement lead generation and sales closure. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
Key Details:
Location: Venuebased (specific venues will be assigned)
Salary: 15000 per month (during training period)
Training Period: 6 months

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Build a strong market presence at assigned venues.
Identify prospects and convert leads into customers.
Handle endtoend sales: prospecting pitching negotiation closure.
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets with integrity and professionalism.
Ensure timely collection of client payments as per company norms.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Freshers / up to 1 year of sales experience.
Education: Any graduate (BBA BA MBA pursuing or completed preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High energy positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Goaldriven and selfmotivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
