Job Description
We re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team at Mize a fastpaced traveltech startup transforming the way the travel industry operates through cuttingedge technology.
In this role youll be at the heart of our operations ensuring that processes run smoothly efficiently and are continuously optimized. You ll work closely on our flag product taking ownership of daily operations data integrity and customer health. Your responsibilities will include business analysis identifying growth opportunities and driving operational excellence.
This role is perfect for someone analytical curious and passionate about making an impact across multiple domains of the business.
What Youll Do
- Monitor and maintain daily operations of our flagship product ensuring all datarelated tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct customer and data investigations to uncover insights optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform customer health checks and develop strategies to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Implement standards and workflows to streamline operations and support company scaleup.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve product flows and resolve operational challenges creatively.
- Provide reports on operational performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- Contribute to data structure integration and maintain highquality data standards.
Requirements :
- 1 years of experience in operations data analysis or a similar analytical/operational role
- Knowledge of SQL data analytics tools and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Selfstarter with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
- A team player with a cando attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Experience in the traveltech industry big advantage
