End Date: Two 2 years from start date

Salary: Level 8 Step 1 $95335.50 annually)

Reporting to the Senior Information Advisor the ERP Implementation Officer supports and manages the successful delivery of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)related projects including case management systems client portals and workflow automation initiatives. The incumbent participates in system development coordinates project activities manages relationships with external vendors and contractors and provides technical and functional assistance throughout the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines technical ERP expertise with strong organizational analytical and communication skills to effectively contribute to enhanced business processes and organizational efficiency.


An Eligibility List may be established from this competition the duration of the eligibility list may be up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be used to fill future permanent fulltime permanent parttime temporary fulltime temporary parttime term or auxiliary oncall vacancies within the same department and classification based on the organizational needs by going the next highest ranked candidate until the eligibility list expires.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary degree in computer science computer engineering information technology or business information technology along with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. An equivalent combination of education training and experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Dynamics SharePoint WordPress U1Design Adobe InDesign Publisher and Photoshop Microsoft 365 (MS Word Outlook PowerPoint) and ability to moderate videoconference meetings.
  • General knowledge of the TH Final Agreement TH SelfGovernment Agreement TH Constitution and related implementation agreements.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies processes and procedures.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent planning organizing research analytical and critical review skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential documents and situations.
  • Welldeveloped professional oral and written communications skills with an ability to articulate ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Assets:

  • Knowledge of TH Government structures and TH culture traditions history demographics family structures and socioeconomic dynamics challenges and aspirations.
