Job Description
We are seeking an experienced strategic and resultsdriven Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic Toys & Entertainment team. In this role you will be responsible for driving vendor growth strategies managing key initiatives and identifying new market opportunities that will shape the future of our toys and entertainment business.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the program scaling best practice in growing highpotential vendors creating comprehensive growth plans to maximize their success on Amazon.
Drive endtoend program management for strategic growth initiatives including deal structures and performance tracking.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify untapped opportunities in the toys and entertainment space.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product Finance Vendor Management and Operations teams.
Create and execute detailed program roadmaps including milestone tracking risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Analyze program performance metrics and provide datadriven recommendations for improvement.
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience working cross functionally with nontech teams
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Proven track record of driving business growth through vendor partnerships.
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
Strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace dynamicsexperience or strong passion for toys entertainment and/or Anime.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
