Hiire is helping Blip a leading tech company focused on software engineering solutions for sports entertainment hire a Senior Software Engineer to join their team.

The role:
As a Senior Software Engineer you will work autonomously within empowered multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges. Youll own key areas of the product and technology stack lead architectural decisions write high-quality code and mentor colleagues. Your impact will be felt by millions of users globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable reliable systems that support high traffic.
Lead technical initiatives and guide the team on best practices.
Write clean maintainable and well-tested code.
Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.
Collaborate across teams to deliver robust solutions.
Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system stability.
Your Qualifications:
Proven experience designing and building complex backend or full-stack systems with Go or modern backend languages (e.g. Kotlin Java Python etc.).
Strong knowledge of system architecture APIs databases messaging containerization (Docker) orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Skilled in CI/CD automated testing version control (Git) and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving ownership and communication skills.
Experience with Go is not mandatory but potential and interest in working with it is required.
Bonus: experience with observability tools infrastructure-as-code high-availability systems and mentoring engineers.
